Pastry Recipe for Pie Making

PASTRY RECIPE
2-1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
1/2 cup shortening, cubed, frozen 15 min
1/3 cup cold water
Combine flour, salt, butter, shortening in a food processor or by hand. Sprinkle with water. Mix until dough begins to stick together. Divide into two disks. Wrap in plastic and chill.
