Rentals at Runnymede and Windermere
We offer two church campus locations with a variety of venues and rooms which are ideal for weddings, funerals, concerts, worship services, film set locations, rehearsals, music lessons, sports events, social events and meetings. Here is a summary of our offering:
We welcome one-time events, recurring rentals, or year-round commitments.
The rental rates on our website for each room are subject to change.
The hourly rates provided are for charity, not-for-profit and neighbourhood organizations. Corporate and business rates are 20% higher.
A minimum three-hour rental fee applies for some noted evening and venue bookings.
Discounts are available for multiple bookings and for term commitments.

WI-FI Internet is included for all rooms and rentals.
All renters require insurance. For event insurance, you can click on the link below to get coverage: Duuo Insurance Services. Select the type and duration of the event and then search for “Runnymede United Church” and choose either the Runnymede or Windermere locations.
Outside of business hours, one-time rentals require a site supervisor, at an extra hourly cost of $25 per hour.
The Runnymede Sanctuary offers a sound system and a video broadcast/recording system, with an extra cost for the audio or video team staffing, at $25 per hour.
General availability gives the times when rentals are possible. We have an active rental community, so some days and times for the rooms listed may not be available.
